Donation Policy

All donations are used exclusively to further the Association’s mission and objectives (including, but not limited to, legal education, training, professional analyses, international cooperation, etc.). Given the specific status of this professional judicial organization and the requirements for the independence, impartiality, and high ethical standards of its members, we have established a system of internal rules and standardized documents governing the ways in which our activities may be supported. We have implemented an acceptance and documentation procedure that includes review and approval by the Management Board, the execution of a formal agreement, and strict adherence to the principles of transparency, accountability, and public disclosure.
